I'm really excited about this new weird and wacky recipes section of our website. Every so often we receive some very unique and off the beaten path kettle corn based recipes, and have decided to create this special database to archive them. What is really cool about this section of our site, is that most of the recipes that you will find here are available no where else on the entire internet, they are unique to our website exclusively. Now I will admit that some of these recipes are crazy sounding, but I've tried all of them at least once, so rest assured they are all edible. If you are ever bored on a cold rainy day, and have an itch to whip up something you've never tried before, then please be sure and give one of these recipes a try. I would also like to encourage anyone who has a unique kettle corn recipe, to please be sure and submit it to us for publishing. So long as the recipe is genuinely edible, we will publish it here for sure. Just forward it in to us via email.
I thought that I would go ahead and point one of my very own personal favorite from this section, which is the kettle corn vanilla ice cream. This recipe is absolutely delicious, and so much so that you have to wonder why no commercial ice cream producers have created something similar. Or perhaps something commercial does exist out there, and I'm simply unaware of it. If you have ever seen a commercial kettle corn ice cream flavor, then please send me an email with the details, as I would love to hear more about it. Anyway, as far as this actual recipe goes, it's very flexible, and fairly hard to mess up on. The only way you can really ruin it, is to make the base mixture too thin and runny, however the easy remedy to that problem is to simply add in more heavy whipping cream. Please give this recipe a try at least once, because if you love kettle corn and vanilla ice cream separately, then you'll very likely love this sweet kettle corn ice cream as well.
The strangest kettle corn based recipe that is hosted here in our archives, is probably the kettle corn almond milk recipe. I've been a huge fan of homemade almond milk for years, as it's a nutritious and refreshing beverage if you avoid making it with sugars or syrup based sweeteners. So when I received this recipe, I was pleasantly surprised, as it was something I would never think to make. I gave it a try once, and it was good tasting, however probably not something I would make on a regular basis. Almond milk can be really expensive to make, as it requires two whole cups of organic almonds, so only make the kettle corn almond milk if you are sure you will be able to drink it. The recipe is more of a novelty, but I still thought it would be interesting for our readers to check out. If anything it's a good reminder to never lose that creative impulse in the kitchen, after all even traditional recipes that we enjoy today started out as a crazy idea back in history.
We often have bloggers and other website owners ask us if they can publish these recipes on their website, so that their visitors can enjoy them as well. We do allow our recipes to be published on other websites, however we absolutely require a link back to our homepage on the page where our recipe appears. We would also kindly request that you send us a quick confirmation email, just to let us know that you have published our recipe, and that you did indeed link back to us. All of the recipes, photos, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Digishire. Unfortunately anyone who publishes a recipe from our website without giving us link author credits, will be asked to immediately remove the recipe or content from their blog or website, as that would constitute an unauthorized publishing. We do work very hard to create interesting and unique web content for our website, so please do understand our concerns regarding this matter.
