Preparation Instructions:
Jodi from San Francisco California sent in this tasty cinnamon kettle corn recipe. To begin, first you will want to take out a small glass mixing bowl. Add into this bowl the white cane sugar and organic cinnamon, then mix them together. Once you are done with that first step, set the bowl aside. For step two, take out a large pot with a tightly sealable lid. Pour your vegetable oil into this pot, then heat it over medium high heat. Once the oil is hot, add in the popcorn kernels, then place the lid on the pot. This next step is the tricky part. Right as the kernels begin popping, pour into the pot the confectioners sugar. Place the lid back on to the pot, and let the kernels continue to pop. Once the popping slows to roughly one pop every second, evenly sprinkle in the white cane sugar and organic cinnamon mixture that you prepared earlier. Again you will want to place the lid back on the pot, shaking it vigorously until all of the popcorn has finished popping. Once the popcorn is finished, remove it from the stove, and sprinkle in the granulated salt. Finally you will want to pour the cinnamon kettle corn into a serving bowl. It is now ready to consume, preferably while it's still warm.
