This kettle corn peanut butter balls recipe is probably one of the coolest recipes that I've received in a very long time. It's a must try for any kettle corn lover. To get started, first you will want to take out a small saucepan, and then add into it the Skippy brand chunky peanut butter and the real salted butter. Melt these ingredients over medium low heat, stirring until the mixture is even and smooth. You will then want to take spoonfuls of kettle corn, and dunk them into the warm creamy sauce. Set the finished peanut butter kettle corn clumps on to a medium cookie sheet lined with wax baking paper. Once you are all done, slide the cookie sheet into the refrigerator, and let the kettle corn peanut butter balls chill for several hours, as this will give them enough time to harden and set. You can make them as big or small as you wish, it's totally up to you. As an optional ingredient, feel free to swirl some sweet chocolate syrup into the peanut butter for chocolate peanut butter swirl kettle corn balls.
