This strange kettle corn almond milk recipe was submitted by Tom of Salt Lake City Utah. I tried it, it tasted good, though I'm not sure I would make it again. I decided to post here however as it's sort of interesting. For step one, soak your raw organic almonds in spring water for eight hours. Next drain the water from the almonds, then blend them together with the fresh kettle corn, bottled spring water, and organic pitted dates. Blend all of these ingredients for roughly three minutes, or until the liquid is extremely smooth. As a side note, do not blend any loose popcorn seeds. Once you are done blending, take out a tall jar and a nutmilk bag. You will then want to squeeze the blended mixture through the bag, weeding out all of the thick pulp. What is left over in the jar should be a thick milk like liquid, with a rich flavor of almonds, kettle corn, and dates. As an optional set of ingredients, you can sweeten this beverage with bees honey or agave nectar. You can also toss a pinch of sea salt into it if you would like to. I chilled my kettle corn almond milk for two hours in the refrigerator before drinking it, and it was very delicious and refreshing. It sounds bizarre, but try it at least once if you're bored and have the urge to try something off the main road.
